Incredible photos, nice work.
Thanks Janet. Too cold to walk very far today, but tried to make the most of what I could find nearby ;)
I had no idea how tall you ARE...these are amazing scapes. i had no idea they were on a wall.. super snow shots...
If I didn't know it was my own shadow, I'd be scared of it! :)
Wow, these are great, Monica!-12C... oh dear... I know it can get much colder than that in your area, and also where I live, but I hope it won't come to that this winter. We've actually had some snow here today, but I think it was still just slightly above zero.
Thanks Meike. We seem to be into a cold spell here. Got a little more snow today too (but only a very thin layer).
very cool. i like your tiny worlds. :) thanks for linking the great stone wall, too!
Like someone laid the table for me, TexWisGirl - at just the right hight! :)
What an absolutely splendid set of photos Monica.
Thank you, Graham. I'm rather pleased with them myself, actually!
These are brilliant. I'll have to have a go at this but you have set a very high standard.
Thanks Adrian. The stone wall is very convenient... Did not have to bend down to take these macros!
I always enjoy your macro photos Monica...the snow is so beautiful and really good to view it on that level. Not sure I'd be out and about in -12 degrees C, but the photos were worth it.
I do try to get out for a little while most days, Virigina, even if not very far. (The cemetery is only a few minutes walk from where I live. Getting dressed for going out in this weather takes longer than the actual walk from here to there, though!)
Lovely! I enjoy looking on the top of walls at all time of year, there are often such interesting tiny plants growing on them.
I agree, Jenny :)
Brilliant idea and photos. I would never have guessed you were looking at the top of a wall.
Thanks. It can be a lot of fun sometimes to play around with macros and perspectives!
Beautiful work. Got the link from Adrian.
Hard to believe you got these images without bending down. They are beautiful!
